美国进口蜂蜜信息（2012年8月）

据报道美国今年从印度进口原料蜜数量较去年有所下降，原因是欧洲为满足其市场需要将从印度和中国两国采购更多原料蜜。另一方面，从巴西进口到美国的原料蜜价格已经维持在一个合理价位。越南产蜂蜜继续缓慢地切入美国市场，但由于有消息称越南的部分蜜源地存在多菌灵杀菌剂污染现象，美国进口商们对越南蜂蜜的进口持谨慎态度。越南蜂农已经做了移巢工作，其结果是造成蜂蜜产量降低，而且移巢过程蜜源植物混杂，所以蜜色也较厚重。August 2012：Imports of raw honey from India into the U.S. are well below last year, as Europe is sourcing more raw honey from both India and China to fill their honey needs.Imports of Brazilian raw honey into the U.S. have been steady with moderate prices.Vietnam is still slowly getting its' honey crop into the market, and U.S. importers are still proceeding with caution due to the Carbendazim fungicide contaminationissue from some of their floral sources. Vietnam beekeepers moved their hives to areas with different floral sources. This resulted in reduced honey production,and these different floral sources also produced darker honey.
